The Supreme Court will consider whether Congressional Democrats can continue their quest for documents related to a 2013 agreement with Donald Trump on converting a Washington landmark into a hotel.

The justices agreed on Monday to review a ruling by the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit allowing certain members of Congress to petition the courts to get the documents from an executive agency on the Old Post Office building conversion.
