Miley Cyrus may head to trial to defend a copyright lawsuit accusing her Grammy-winning song “Flowers” of infringing Bruno Mars’ “When I Was Your Man,” after a federal judge appeared torn during a Tuesday hearing about whether to grant the pop star a win or send the issues to a jury.
