Judge Should Bow Out of Litigation-Funding Probe, Lawyer Says

Delaware’s chief judge should withdraw last week’s defense of his “inherent authority” to probe patent-litigation funding because he didn’t give one targeted plaintiff or its counsel a chance to respond, according to the lawyer’s filings, which also seek the judge’s recusal.
