Judge Tiffany P. Cunningham, the Federal Circuit’s first addition to the judge lineup in six years, hit the ground running during her first appearance on the bench.
Cunningham asked questions in each of the four cases heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit panel during a marathon session that ran over by more than an hour. She served alongside Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore and her former boss Timothy B. Dyk, whom she clerked for from 2001 to 2002.
