Sport Squad Inc., doing business as Joola, launched a patent litigation campaign against competitors days after filing a federal trade complaint against rival pickleball paddle makers.
Joola filed suits Thursday in multiple venues against Franklin Sports Inc., Diadem Sports LLC, Vegas Pickleball LLC, ProXR LLC, Friday Labs LLC, Volair C Corp., Engage Pickleball LLC, Facolos Pickleball LLC, and All For Padel SL and its All Racquet Sports LLC unit.
