Augmented reality developer Zugara Inc. accused eyeglasses maker Joiuss Ltd. of infringing a patent covering virtual try-on technology.
Joiuss’ website uses a simulated try-on tool and augmented reality ads that infringe Zugara’s US Patent No. 10,482,517, titled “Providing A Simulation Of Wearing Items Such As Garments And/Or Accessories,” according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
