Jan. 6 Defense Attorneys Unable to Get Copyright Case Dismissed

Three attorneys who defended Jan. 6 insurrection criminal defendants failed to convince a federal judge in Washington to toss copyright lawsuits filed against them over their use of an expert jury poll report.

Stanley E. Woodward Jr.—now a US associate attorney general—Paul J. Garrity, and Kira A.
