Jack White Follows Through on Threat to Sue Trump Over Music Use

Rock musician Jack White sued Donald Trump—as he’d promised on Instagram to do—accusing the former president of using the White Stripes song “Seven Nation Army” in the background of campaign ads without permission.

Trump aide Margo Martin posted a video on the social media site showing himself boarding an aircraft with the introductory riff from the song playing, White’s Monday complaint in the US District Court in the Southern District of New York said.
