Johnson & Johnson units McNeil Consumer Healthcare and McNeil-PPC, Inc. March 30 settled a lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline Plc over GSK’s marketing of its over-the-counter allergy treatment Flonase (McNeil-PPC, Inc. v. GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare LPsettlement ).
The settlement, the terms of which weren’t disclosed, resolves the suit by McNeil Consumer Healthcare and McNeil-PPC against GSK, alleging violations of the federal Lanham Act and related New York statutes.
