The Hydration Room sued a former employee and his competing IV and injection therapy business, accusing them of ripping off its “Hydration” trademarks.
Nathan Casey’s business Oceans IV Hydration LLC, started after he left the Hydration Room, now provides services using “identical product trademarks” and a “confusingly similar” wave logo in a similar blue color scheme, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
MD Hydration Inc., which does business as Hydration Room, and its management company Hydration Holding Co. LLC are plaintiffs in the suit.
