Irell & Manella Snags Former Federal Circuit Judge O’Malley

Former Federal Circuit judge Kathleen M. O’Malley is joining Irell & Manella’s Washington office, the firm announced.

O’Malley, who retired from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit last month, is joining the firm one year after former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Director Andrei Iancu returned to it.
