Intuit’s TurboTax, QuickBooks Could Be Pulled Via Patent Suit

Intuit Inc. is facing a bid by a private visual communications company looking to block U.S. sales of its TurboTax Online, QuickBooks Online, TurboTax Live, QuickBooks Live, and Smartlook products in the thick of tax season, according to a patent-infringement lawsuit in California federal court.
