Intel Corp.‘s multicore processors include architecture that infringes a Swiss company’s patents, a complaint filed in Delaware federal court alleges.

Intel also uses the patented innovations in other technology that improves processor efficiency, the complaint, filed Feb. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, says.
