An Alabama-based insurance company’s trademark infringement suit against the London-based maker of Alfa Systems finance software has been called off by the parties.
Alfa Corp. and defendants Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC, Alfa Financial Software Limited, and Alfa Financial Software Inc. filed a stipulation of dismissal in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Monday.
The parties gave no reason for their action, but they agreed to dismiss the suit “with prejudice,” meaning Alfa Corp. can’t refile it.
