Insight Direct Says Ex-Executive Poached AI Secrets, Colleagues

Insight Direct USA Inc. accused a former senior executive of stealing generative artificial intelligence trade secrets and enticing coworkers to join his startup AI consulting firm.

Matt Jackson, Insight’s former senior vice president and global chief technology officer, founded Fog Solutions LLC before he resigned and started recruiting “high-level and long-tenured” colleagues to join him, Insight said in a trade secrets misappropriation lawsuit filed Monday in US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
