The owners of the patents behind Ingevity Corp.’s Evotherm line of “warm mix” additives sued an India-based rival, alleging infringement of six patents for a technology that “revolutionized the asphalt paving industry.”
A.L.M. Holding Co. and Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions Inc. allege two Zydex Group subsidiaries’ ZycoTherm line of lubricating antistrip additives infringes the patents, according to a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
