Infineon Technologies Austria AG’s accused 30 separate Innoscience Technology Co. Ltd. gallium nitride devices of infringing US Patent No. 9,899,481 in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The ‘481 patent covers “a lateral transistor device and package with source-sensing functionality,” according to the filing.
