Indy Club Sued for Misusing ‘Hot Girl Walk’ Brand (Correct)

The Indianapolis-based Hot Walk Indy walking club infringed Hot Girl Walk LLC’s trademarks and unleashed “an army of social media users” to take down the brand, according to a new federal lawsuit.

Casey Springer and her followers, “fueled by envy and jealousy,” falsely reported HGW’s social media accounts for child sexual abuse, and publicly commented on Instagram that HGW creator Amelia Lind stole the “hot girl walk” mark idea from rapper Megan Thee Stallion, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
