Indian Court Lifts Injunction Against ZTE in Patent Dispute with Vringo

The Delhi High Court on Aug. 5 vacated an injunction against ZTE Telecom India Pvt Ltd and distributor Indiamart Intermesh Ltd in a patent infringement suit filed by Vringo Infrastructure Inc.
