Impinj Gets Win in Patent Row Over Radio Frequency ID Technology

Impinj Inc. defeated part of NXP USA Inc.'s patent infringement lawsuit over components of radio frequency identification technology, when a Seattle federal court concluded that Impinj acquired the allegedly infringing materials from an authorized seller.
