Impax, Dr. Reddy’s Settle Generic Parkinsons Drug Patent Dispute

Impax Laboratories LLC and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. settled their patent infringement dispute concerning the sale of a generic medication for Parkinson’s disease.

The pharmaceutical companies agreed to voluntarily dismiss all allegations and counterclaims, according to a stipulation filed Feb. 7 in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. The parties have “agreed to terms and conditions for a settlement of this action,” according to the filing.
