Illumina Win Over BGI Upheld as Judge Blocks Gene Sequencers (2)

Illumina Inc. won an order blocking BGI Genomics Co., the world’s largest commercial genetic sequencer, from selling some of its sequencers in the U.S. until after the expiration of patents at issue in a California dispute Illumina won last November.

Judge William H.
