iFit Bid For Peloton Documents in Patent Suit Denied by Judge

A Delaware federal judge denied two requests by iFit Inc. for documents in a case alleging the NordicTrack maker copied Peloton Interactive Inc.’s fitness programs and lied in advertising to undercut a more popular rival.

Judge Richard G. Andrews, in oral orders Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, rejected iFit’s request that he overrule Peloton’s objections to a subpoena for documents from third-party Affirm Holdings LLC regarding Peloton’s pricing strategies, according to the case’s electronic docket.
