Idahoan Hits Kraft Heinz With Potato Trademark Lawsuit

Food and beverage giant Kraft Heinz Co. faces a trademark infringement complaint from dehydrated potato products company Idahoan Foods LLC (Idahoan Foods, LLC v. Kraft Heinz Foods Co., D. Idaho, 17-101, complaint filed 3/7/17).

The Idaho Falls-based company is objecting to the use of “Buttery Homestyle” and “Loaded Baked Potato” labels on Kraft’s Ore-Ida Mashed Potato Bites packaging.
