IBM Files Lawsuit Alleging Finjan Breached 2017 Patent Agreement

IBM accused a Finjan Holdings unit of breaching a confidential patent assignment and support agreement the companies entered in 2017, according to documentsfiled Friday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware.
