Hydrow Inc. filed a lawsuit Monday seeking all profits from iFit Health & Fitness Inc.'s sales of its connected at-home rowing machine, which Hydrow claims infringes a design patent and copies the look of its more established Rower.
iFit began offering its RW900 within the past few weeks, looking “to exploit the success of the Hydrow Rower for its own purposes” by copying “all of the significant aspects of the award-winning design,” according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
