HP, WEX Settle Trademark Suit Over New Software Product Name

HP Inc. and WEX Inc. are settling a trademark lawsuit over a HP’s “Wex” software product, the companies have told a federal judge.

The parties revealed the agreement at a settlement conference on Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Maine, according to a docket entry. The parties have 30 days to file documents to confirm the settlement.
