‘Hot Girl Walk’ Trademark Secured by Fraud, Fashion Nova Claims

Influencer-founded brand Hot Girl Walk’s infringement lawsuit is trying to enforce a clothing trademark it registered fraudulently, fast-fashion clothier Fashion Nova LLC told a California federal court.

Fashion Nova, currently barred from using “hot girl walk” on clothes during the lawsuit, said Hot Girl Walk LLC didn’t use or intend to use the mark when it applied to register it.
