Hoops Camp Attended by Jordan, LeBron Settles Copyright Suit

Basketball camp Five-Star Basketball LLC, which boasts Michael Jordan, LeBron James and others as alumni, reached a settlement of a sports psychologist’s suit alleging it improperly posted an excerpt from his copyrighted work on Twitter.

Keith F. Bell voluntarily dismissed the suit, according to a notice filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

The terms of the agreement are confidential, Bell’s counsel, Matthew P. Whitley of Beck Redden LLP, told Bloomberg Law.
