Fujifilm Holding Corp’s 3D mammography machines infringe four Hologic Inc. patents, U.S. International Trade Commission Judge Clark Cheney said in a notice posted on the agency’s electronic docket.
The judge’s findings are subject to review by the full commission, which is scheduled to complete its investigation by Nov. 26.
Judge Cheney’s full opinion will be made public after both sides get a chance to redact confidential business information.
