Kate Goodrich joined Holland & Knight as a senior policy advisor and member of its Texas government advocacy team in Austin, the firm announced Monday.
Goodrich joins from the office of the Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, where she served as deputy general counsel and policy advisor. There, she advised on legislation, focusing on budget, transportation, veterans, housing, the judiciary, and local governments, the firm said.
