Hip-Hop Artist Future Settles ‘High Off Life’ Trademark Lawsuit

The rapper Future settled a trademark lawsuit alleging that his 2020 hit album “High Off Life” and related merchandise copied the brand of hip hop production company High Off Life LLC.

The terms of the settlement weren’t disclosed; a Tuesday court filing said both parties would pay their own attorneys’ fees and costs.

An attorney for High Off Life LLC said in a statement that the parties “reached a mutually agreeable resolution.”

An attorney for Future’s record label, Freebandz Productions LLC, didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
