Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. ignored warnings and repeatedly and willfully posted music online without permission from copyright holders, a new lawsuit alleges.

BMG Production Music Inc.'s copyright infringement complaint against the international hotel chain cited dozens of videos allegedly containing a pair of songs that were posted to Hilton’s Facebook and YouTube pages.

The June 26 lawsuit highlights the potential liability for a company that integrates music into its media posts.
