Vampire Family Brands LLC agreed to dismiss its lawsuit alleging
The parties filed a joint stipulation to dismiss the suit without leave to refile, which Judge Otis D. Wright II of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California adopted in an order docketed Wednesday.
Vampire Family Brands began using “Vampire” to sell wine in 1988, and has since expanded to use the mark on products like chocolate, coffee, and olive oil, it said in the complaint filed in November.
