A company formed by producers of the Broadway smash hit “Hamilton” has dropped a contract and copyright dispute stemming from a failed partnership to create a historical exhibit about Alexander Hamilton.
Hamilton Exhibition LLC and Imagine Exhibitions Inc. jointly moved to dismiss the legal spat with prejudice and without costs, according to a Dec. 3 filing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
