Guns N’ Roses Says Guns ‘N’ Rosé Ale Infringes Trademarks

Oskar Blues Brewery’s “Guns ‘N’ Rosé” rosé ale infringes rock legends Guns N’ Roses’ trademarks, the band asserted in the Central District of California May 9.

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board sustained GNR’s opposition to the brewery’s application to register the Guns ‘N’ Rosé mark on May 7. GNR argued the brewery “has refused to immediately and completely cease sales and marketing of GUNS ‘N’ ROSÉ beer, clothing, or other products” in response to negotiations with the band or the TTAB’s order.
