Rock band Guns N’ Roses urged a federal court in California to keep in place its lawsuit against a firearms retailer that registered trademarks including “Texas Guns and Roses.com.”
Guns N’ Roses sued Pax Operations LLC last December over trademark infringement in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
Texas-based Pax Operations argued earlier this month that the complaint should be dismissed because a California court lacks personal jurisdiction over it.
