Grubhub Avoids Preliminary Injunction In Logo Battle (Correct)

The Kroger Co. and Relish Labs LLC failed to show a district court abused its discretion in denying a preliminary injunction in a trademark infringement case against Grubhub Inc., the Seventh Circuit ruled.

Kroger and Relish Labs—Home Chef—have registered trademarks which include the outline of a house with a fork and knife known as its home mark and another with its name called its home logo, the appeals court said.
