Grownsy International LLC sued Tushbaby Inc. seeking declaratory judgment that its baby hip seat carrier products don’t infringe Tushbaby’s trade dress for a three-dimensional pocket and flap design.
Tushbaby sent Grownsy a cease-and-desist letter last month accusing it of infringing Tushbaby’s trade dress by selling similar hip seat carrier products, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
