Supercell Oy’s “Clash of Clans” and “Boom Beach” games infringe patented technology that prompts gamers’ steps in city-building simulation games, a Japanese mobile game company has alleged.
Gree Inc. said in a May 6 complaint that its its Finnish rival is using technology covered by its U.S. Patent No. 10,279,262, which was granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office May 7.
