Gray Market Amazon Storefronts Infringe Bayer Marks, Suit Says

Multiple unauthorized Amazon.com Inc. and Walmart Inc storefronts have made more than $1 million selling non-genuine Bayer Healthcare LLC products, according to a federal lawsuit filed Monday.

The storefronts, pages registered sellers may create on the e-commerce sites, illegally sold more than 64,000 Bayer products, according to the complaint. The pages, G22Tactical LLC, SSEnterprises, EvergreenCreations, Cornerstone, and Sigma Deals, ducked the pharmaceutical giant’s quality control, and infringed trademarks, Bayer said.
