Google, YouTube Stuck in Delaware for Patent Infringement Suit (1)

YouTube LLC and its parent company Google Inc. lost their bid to move a patent infringement suit against them from Delaware to California.

Virentem Ventures LLC, doing business as Enounce, accuses the companies of infringing 11 of its patents related to variable playback speeds for digital audio and video. Among the allegedly infringing products are YouTube’s HTML5 Video Player, YouTube TV, and Nest brand security cameras.
