Google-Oracle Copyright War May Hinge on Jury Findings Discard

The fate of Oracle Corp.'s $8.8 billion software copyright win over Alphabet Inc.'s Google could depend on an appellate court’s decision to set aside the trial jury’s findings, a move that’s drawn the U.S. Supreme Court’s attention as it weighs the case.
