Google Push for Sanctions on Patent Lawyer Gets Judge’s Interest

A federal judge seemed open to sanctioning Texas patent attorney Bill Ramey for his New York lawsuit against Google, but indicated during oral arguments Tuesday that she wasn’t sure under what pathway she could order Ramey’s firm to pay more than $124,000 in attorneys’ fees.
