Google Accused of Fraud in Win Against 3-D Pointing Patents

Google LLC allegedly committed fraud during a challenge at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, a complaint filed in Texas federal court by Taiwanese tech company CyWee Group Ltd. says.

CyWee says Google’s successful petitions to invalidate parts of its 3-D pointing device patents were filed too late, and that it omitted a real party in interest to beat the board’s time bar.
