Glow Recipe Accuses MCoBeauty Dupe of Infringing Trade Dress

MCoBeauty Inc. infringed the trade dress of prestige skincare brand Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops, according to a lawsuit filed Friday in Manhattan federal court.

The Australian company copied the product’s unique, pink bottle design “to dupe consumers into thinking they have collaborated with Glow Recipe,” said a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
