Wisconsin Archery Products LLC continued a six-year pursuit to assert a patent against
Garmin’s Xero bow sight product line uses a sensor system with a laser to auto-correct a hunter’s shot, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Kansas. Wisconsin Archery said the product line uses similar methods as US Patent No. 8,316,551 which deals with auto-correcting bow sight.
