GAF Gets EagleView’s Aerial Imaging Patent Suit Moved to Utah

Standard Industries Inc.’s GAF Materials, which says it’s responsible for roofs on one-quarter of U.S. homes, convinced a federal judge in its home district of New Jersey to grant “an admittedly unusual request” to transfer EagleView Technology Corp.’s patent-infringement case over aerial imaging technology to Utah.
