Futaba Corporation of America, in a lawsuit filed in a Texas federal court, has been accused of reverse-engineering a rival’s software code for a car’s computer.
The plaintiff, UUSI, LLC—doing business as Nartron—said they had a contract with JVIS-USA LLC to produce a integrated center stack—how modern cars access the AC, radio, and other electronic functions—for cars like the Chrysler Jeep Grand Cherokee.
