The full Federal Circuit will rehear a case decided in July by a three-judge panel on how much education benefits a veteran is entitled to under GI bill benefits.
This is the fourth case involving veterans issues that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has taken en banc since last May, while also dodging chances to reconsider pressing patent issues, including a split decision in a case about patent eligibility.
